Terms of Servıce for Vootıt

Welcome to Vootit (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Elıgıbılıty

 

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

  • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You may not share your account with others or transfer it to another person.

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you post, upload, or share on the App ("User Content").

  • By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

  • You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms.

4. Prohıbıted Actıvıtıes

 

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Harass, bully, or harm other users.

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

  • Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Vootit and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our permission.

6. Termınatıon

 

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Dısclaımers

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

  • We are not responsible for the content or actions of other users.

8. Lımıtatıon of Lıabılıty

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vootit and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Governıng Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.

10. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
